INTRODUCTION TO SUPERVISED ENTERPRISE PROJECT (SEP I)

SEPs are based on the concept of ‘experiential learning’ given the fact that ‘experience is the best teacher.’ SEPs are the main feature of the agricultural extension education program for mid-career extension professionals. They are the ‘backbone’ of the program. They are designed to improve competencies at work. They provide an opportunity for students to develop their expertise in specific aspects of their work. Therefore, if they are not done properly, the program loses its major value.
